Residential workshop with Bernadette Ryder
The central purpose of “Heart and Soul” is to explore Air as a symbol of freedom and transformation, while connecting deeply to the soul as our essential nature.
Throughout this progamme we dance with the heart – getting to know the landscape of our emotional body – in order to cultivate the capacity for choice in our responses.
