(open/drop-in Classes & Sweats)

IMPORTANT: The text below is for weekly ‘open’ Classes & Sweats only.

Live ‘in person’ Class bookings (incl Sweats):

Evening classes: Online booking closes at 2:00pm (on the day)
Morning classes: Online booking closes at 9:00pm (previous day)
NOTE: the doors will be locked and there is no admittance 15 minutes after published start time.
Any remaining places will be available on the door at the advertised ‘drop-in’ price. If full, pre-booked places unclaimed 15 minutes after start time will be released to any waiting ‘drop-in’ dancers. (Please note that we are rarely full now that numbers are no longer so limited – if we ever are full pre-booked, this will be shown on the bookings website.)

Cancellations/Changes:

Up until noon on the day of an evening class (or 9pm the night before a morning class), you may:
– transfer your booking to a different date (no charge).
(OR: Up until 24 hours before the start of the class you may request a refund, less £2.50 towards our processing costs).
After the transfer deadline, there are no refunds or transfers (see notes*), but if we might be full, please contact Jon by text (number here) if you cannot attend, but wish to release your place for another dancer.

To cancel/transfer your booking:
You can now do this yourself on the Bookwhen system if you have created an account – just click on the ‘View Booking’ link in your confirmation email.
You may also do so by contacting us giving full details, including dates and your email address.
If you cancel your booking, please let us know (ideally by email, including your original booking confirmation) whether you wish to receive a ‘credit code’ for a future booking (no charge) or a refund (less £2.50 admin fee).

Covid / ‘Flu:

To care for each other, we still request that you please: do not come to the class if you or a member of your household has symptoms that could be Covid or ‘Flu.

‘Online’ bookings (Zoom) *if resumed*:

Up until the class start time, you may cancel and request either a refund (less £2.50) or roll-forward to another date. Once the class has started, no refunds/roll-forwards are available.

If participating online, you agree NOT to record the session in any way (audio or visual).

** Privacy Note – NHS Test & Trace

We request your contact details, in case required by NHS Test & Trace. In the unlikely event that we are requested to share our class records, you might then be contacted by them. Depending on the circumstances and the length of time that has elapsed, this could include arranging for you to be tested, asking you to take extra care with social distancing and/or – in some circumstances – asking you to self-isolate.

You can choose on booking to give us permission to share your your attendee contact details for this purpose – if not, you may be asked on arrival to either scan the NHS QR code or provide contact details manually. This remains in full compliance with GDPR – the information will not be used for any other purpose, and will be deleted after 21 days. It is not currently compulsory to provide this information, but is recommended.

These details are handled completely separately from your billing details for payment, which are transferred securely to PayPal for payment purposes only.
