“Many happy returns” – a phrase we usually associate with birthdays – so Happy Birthday Us: it’s exactly a year since our return to dancing Friday 5 Rhythms ‘in person‘. Big love to everyone who has danced with us since last May – and if you haven’t yet, maybe now’s the time to return*…?

Gratitude to Jean, for her guest teaching return last week… and Bernadette’s back from her well-earned break, so that’s another “happy return” to move with this Friday 😀
