Summer Solstice is a magical moment – a ‘turning point’ – as the longest day and shortest night mark the turning of the season. Every culture has taken this moment in the earths annual cycle, as an occasion to celebrate life in its abundance and variety.
For us, it’s also a beautiful opportunity to dance right through twilight, from full daylight through into the dark; to play with balance, to dance the manifest and visible, and the hidden and dreamed.
And this year, we are joined in our celebration by the Full Moon – so to take advantage of this magical moment we’ll dance on a little later to celebrate 🙂
