Friday 5Rhythms® in Bristol

Many thanks to Louise La Terra for covering last Friday class (we hear it was great), and to all who supported her first teaching visit to Horfield. Bernadette returns this week, inspired and energised by last week’s Renewal workshop 🙂

Victoria Methodist Church Undercroft, Bristol
Jan 30, 7:30-10:00pm

We’re very happy to have found an alternative venue for Jan 30, when the Horfield hall is unavailable. Come and dance with Bernadette at the Victoria Methodist Church Undercroft, where she used to teach many moons ago – it’s a great space – do join us for this special night.
PLEASE NOTE: This special starts an hour earlier at 7:30pm and we dance on until 10:00pm! 😀

Rhythm Circle closed group

St Michael’s Parish Hall, Bristol
Thursdays Jan 22 – April 2, 7:30-10:00pm

This time we’ll be working with the Elements – Earth, Fire, Air, Water, ‘?????’ 🙂
This is our closed group, which gathers weekly in Bristol on Thursday evenings, to connect and support one another to drop deeper in the dance and expand the experience, comprehension and embodiment of the profound 5Rhythms® map.
We had our first session this week (22nd) but it’s not too late to jump in! [full details]
