Put some Spring in your Steps… at this time of year more than any other, latent energies awaken, creativity flowers… we look forward to sunshine, green trees and long summer evenings. 
And the Full Moon adds potency to the mix

Each week, I’ve sung the praises of our wonderful guest teachers, so – since Bernadette rarely blows her own trumpet – this week I’m blowing it for her 😉

Bernadette has taught 5 Rhythms dance more than 20 years, her approach influenced by a number of other profound spiritual practices. She integrates these and her other qualifications and experience beautifully into her classes and workshops.
Bernadette is now motivated by a simple, central purpose that runs through all her work, which is the intention to uplift and facilitate the capacity to choose joy.
