Bernadette Ryder is a long time 5Rhythms dance teacher and loves to create events to celebrate these special occasions, assisted by Jon Ralls and the team.
Miranda White is a 5Rhythms Spaceholder and Teacher in Training, with a reputation for holding a rich and playful dance space; she is also an experienced yoga teacher.
