Dear Dancers
July 4th — Independence Day in the U.S.
But for many in our dancing family across the pond, these times feel challenging, as freedoms once taken for granted are being squeezed or stripped away. 5Rhythms was born in the USA, and practically every teacher trains there at some point. So tonight, let’s dance in support of – and in solidarity with – the spirit of freedom and independence at the heart of this practice.
