By popular demand, Rhythm Circle ventures again into the 5Rhythms Heartbeat™ map for at least part of the programme. In this map we explore what is moving in our hearts – with the aim of releasing an expanded, and more spontaneous, emotional maturity. The experience and feedback from previous years were tremendous – now open to waiting list and renewals – and Heartbeat™ courses fill fast.
