Mark your calendar for Thursday evenings, as we’re bringing the energy to St. Michael’s Hall for 3 bonus nights of dancing. It’s all free, so come and let loose, move your body, and connect with others. If you’re feeling generous, feel free to make a donation to cover the cost of the room hire. Our very own Dan, who’s currently on the 5Rhythms teacher training program, is thrilled to host this space and guide us through the wonderful month of August. So, come on up, grab your dancing shoes, and let’s make some unforgettable Summer vibes together!

By popular demand, Rhythm Circle ventures again into the 5Rhythms Heartbeatâ„¢ map for at least part of the programme. In this map we explore what is moving in our hearts – with the aim of releasing an expanded, and more spontaneous, emotional maturity. The experience and feedback from previous years were tremendous – Heartbeat courses fill fast.
