As last year, our Solstice Dance will be on Thursday not Friday and start 30 minutes earlier at 8pm – and this year we kick off the evening with a warm-up DJ set from our very own Dan Tomlinson 
Usual online & drop-in prices (though this one may sell out in advance) – booking is brisk.

Winter Solstice is a magical moment… a still point in the seasons… a pause before Mother Nature’s next breath.
It’s a curious irony that Solstice falls in the madness our culture creates just before Christmas. On Thursday we invite you to step out of the mayhem, onto the dance floor, and align with the change of the season together.
Solstice energy is latent, dormant, hidden, so moving with the Dark of the Year means stirring the deep parts of ourselves. We bring their dance to the surface, to find their shape, form, and what they have to tell us about the possibility of new growth.

Residential workshops with Bernadette Ryder
Elemental Rhythms 2024 is a series of four workshops, each devoted to the teachings of one of the elements: Earth, Fire, Water and Air. The workshops can be done individually, but they will also build on each other in a progressive sequence – each element being a gateway to a deeper connection with our world, our-selves, and our potential.
Earth: April 18-21
Fire: June 27-30
Water: Sept 19-22
Air: Nov 7-10
