This Friday our great friend Jean Rankin will be taking the class, bringing her playful irreverence, that can sometimes belie the depth of her work.
“I can get quite amazed at how colourful and vibrant I can begin to feel, pretty quickly, when I start to dance. Something in the movement itself, combined with the music and good company . . it doesn’t matter how cold and grey and windy it is out there, there is a natural tendency to feel uplifted by the dance.”**
I always feel uplifted by dancing with Jean – so come and dance…

3 Weeks of drop-in classes with wonderful guest teachers

Whenever Bernadette is away*, Friday drop-in classes continue as ever, with renowned visiting teachers – a chance to dance with our fabulous guests, all of whom we know and love. Neil’s class last week was (of course) a lot of fun – thank you to Neil and all of you who made it so.
