Back from a teachers refresh with 5 Rhythms Global Director Jonathan Horan**. Back from leading ‘Air’, the fabulous final workshop in our Elemental Rhythms workshop series.
The energies of both were palpable (and delightful) in our Rhythm Circle session on Tuesday – so come and dance with it, with her, with us this Friday 🙂

And remember, you can dance here every Friday night, every week, all year (just the one week off between Xmas and New Year) – so see you on the dance floor.
