Jean Rankin continues our Festival of Fridays – Aug 24 (drop-in)

Jean Rankin teaching in Bristol this Friday
Aug 24, 8pm-10:30pm

Our August ‘festival’ of different 5 Rhythms teachers continues with another visit by Jean Rankin from Glastonbury. We’ve had great feedback from her last couple of visits, and she’ll certainly give us a chance to prove we don’t need to go to Shambala this weekend to dance our socks off 🙂

Jean’s latest profile on the 5 Rhythms Global website says:

“I love dancing the 5Rhythms because I can get out of my own way and merge with the natural movement of life itself, which brings me so much joy. I can connect with others in a simple, profound and healthy way and feel myself to be a valued part of the greater collective. Getting out of my head and into the beat and the breath is the best medicine!

“I love teaching the 5Rhythms because of how much I learn!”

See you on the dance floor
With love
Bernadette, Jon, team, & all our fabulous guests xxx

P.S. Despite the Festival and holiday season, our lovely team have pulled out all the stops and we will have a cafe this week
– thank you all heart

Our August 5 Rhythms Festival of Fridays:
This month, we have the privilege of dancing with four different teachers – each with their unique teaching style, they share a gift for making the profound both accessible and (when appropriate) playful. They are:
– 10 Aug – Alex Mackay
– 17 Aug – Bernadette
– 24 Aug – Jean Rankin
– 31 Aug – Neil Pinnock
Bernadette is back on Sept 7th.
