Bernadette at Spirit Fest Bristol – this Sunday
May 13, festival all day, 5 Rhythms: 10am – 11am
Bernadette will be opening the Festival with an hour’s 5 Rhythms at 10am. Come and dance, and then stay on for other fabulous happenings…
“Spirit Fest is a celebration for all ages with Sacred Music, Dance and Art from all traditions. There are dance workshops include a cacao dance ceremony and tango as well as mind expanding seminars and discussions. There is all day Kirtan in the Bhakti Temple and activities for Children and Youth, amazing veggie and raw food, therapies and massage and stalls. Kings Weston House is a stately home in beautiful grounds with good services where it is easy to relax and expand. Come and share the Love. Hare Bol.”
Note: Spirit Fest is a dogs, drugs and alcohol free festival.
You’ll be enjoying and supporting performances and activities led by many familiar faces including, from our 5 Rhythms community: music from Faeland (Becky), art (Fleur), Kirtan (Tim); others from DMAC: Belly Dancing (Pearl), African Dance (Rubba), drumming (Kirby), Capoeira (Bob), and others you’ll likely recognise from our wider interconnected tribes 🙂
