Creative Youth Network
Kingswood, Bristol
Step into a 30-day transformational journey designed to help you break the habit of being yourself—and become who you truly want to be.
Guided by Certified NeuroChangeSolutions Consultant Edi Csanalosi, this workshop draws on the neuroscience of Dr. Joe Dispenza and his course Change Your Mind… Create New Results…
Blending evidence-based change with the embodied practice of 5Rhythms Dance, Bernadette Ryder offers a physical pathway for lasting neural transformation.
Beginning with a 3-day (21-hour) in-person intensive training, you’ll receive practical tools to support four weeks of sustained practice.
This creates a grounded container for lasting personal change.

5Rhythms is both a very ‘free’ individual practice which offers significant permission – while simultaneously being a group/community practice which calls for consideration and respect for the group process.
“Do you have the discipline to be a free spirit?” – Gabrielle Roth
This is a meditation/embodiment practice which has clear boundaries which need to be honoured if the full potential of this work is to be achieved:

(just off Gloucester Road – please refer to the map, and be sure to come to the hall not the church, which is on a different street, with no signage!)
The hall is in a beautiful green and spacious area – peaceful with mature trees, and plenty of fresh air. It is spacious with a lovely high ceiling, plenty of good ventilation, and a really nice wooden dance floor.
The first session of the workshop is to join our Friday night drop-in class in Horfield. Please note that this is part of the process, not an ‘optional extra’ – please enquire before booking if, for any reason, you are unable to make this session.
There is a small car park and ample free on-street parking. Please be sure to come to the hall not the church!
