It’s that spooky time of year when the veil between the material world and the spirit world becomes thin (so they say) and strange things can happen – so lets play with it.

Kick off your Halloween weekend with a party night 5 Rhythms style. Come and dance the party vibe with the ghosties-and-ghoulies-and-long-legged-beasties-and-things-that-go-bump-in-the-night –

Usual place, usual time, usual price – with a £1.00 discount if you come as a spook, witch or other curious being.

We’ll dance from 8.00pm – 10:30pm as usual, and then our ‘After-Cafe’ will once again feature mouth-watering healthy raw cake, along with herb teas and togetherness. See you there.
