Medicine Dance New Year Party – Dec 31, 2014
Medicine Dance Party
New Year’s Night
5 Rhythms Celebration
Bristol, Dec 31, 8:30pm – 1am
The “Medicine Dance” team warmly invite you to an alcohol-free evening, where soulful party people can welcome in the new year through the natural high of dance spiced by moments of connectedness and visioning.
Combining our passion in this endeavour makes for a powerful, beautiful and heartful event – in the dance, in simple ceremony and in gentle body nourishment and listening.
We expect to be full and juicy! 🙂 so early booking is advised… and gets you the early bird price.
We’d love you to join us, and look forward very much to dancing, working and playing with you.
Bernadette, Dawn & team
*As a 5 Rhythms Dance event, a Medicine Dance Party has shape and structure with process and ceremony guided by Dawn & Bernadette. So please don’t be late, and let us know in advance if you expect to need to leave before the end (e.g. for childcare).
This is a fully conscious event (!) so no alcohol or other drugs please – that’s part of the point! There will be drinks and savoury nibbles at midnight, and herb teas and water available throughout the evening.

(Feedback from previous Medicine Dance events)
“Thank you SO much for creating such a beautiful space and time for us dancers. The love, time, energy and creativity you had put into every stage of our journey was so evident and the retreat was a brilliant way to bridge the old and new years. I’ve taken so much away from it” – KC, Bristol
“I liked the balance of dance and ritual. Enough dance to build the energy and not too much to get knackered… I have taken away wonderful experiences” – HG, Gloucs
“Thank you for making such a beautiful safe space. I think you got the balance of dance and ritual, visioning etc just right… Being allowed to play and feeling it was ok to be silly was nice.” – LJ, Bristol
“I can’t really add much on ‘improvement’ as it was one of the best workshops I have ever experienced.” – SG, Gloucs
… so you won’t be surprised that many past ‘Medicine Dancers’ are joining us again! 🙂
