3 Weeks of drop-in classes with wonderful guest teachers
Horfield Parish Church Hall, Fridays 8:30 – 10:30pm
While Bernadette is away*, Friday drop-in classes continue as ever, with renowned visiting teachers – a chance to dance with our fabulous guests, all of whom we know and love. Full list below, and we’ll let you know each week.

Our friend Irem is back. The feedback from her last visit was great, so if you were there, I’m sure you’ll join us – and if you weren’t, don’t miss her this time around.
Irem says:
“I cannot imagine a life without 5Rhythms now. It keeps me sane in an insane world, it keeps me connected to myself, to others, to the divine. Each time I dance I know a little more of me is opening and softening to a more conscious and authentic way of being present in the world. It’s a powerful form of activism in a world that values the opposite.”
