Good Friday – 5 Rhythms (as always)

Kick off the Easter weekend by joining us to move with the energy of Good Friday the Easter Full Moon, and the rising tide of Spring.

Moving with the inherent themes of death and life, resurrection and redemption – themes that have loomed large in this land’s History through it’s Christian culture.

Here on the dance floor, we can acknowledge that heritage respectfully, with lightness and humour, celebrating the season and creating the chance to release some of the demons of our modern stressful lives.

And as usual, booking is open for the next 4 classes.
