NOTE – ELEMENTS NOW HIDDEN AS EVENT PASSED (e.g. this!)
When we put ourselves behind a movement for justice and add our voice to its call – we are recognising the invitation to be in service to a purpose far bigger than just our own.
When we connect in dance, for a moment in time, moving in shared rhythm and song – we can become a breathing embodiment of a message.
In this unity, we can shape our resolve to back up and amplify the calling for justice at every juncture – standing in its truth until it is reflected back at us from the systems and institutions of all humanity.
Black lives matter.

“Dance is us. Dance is resistance. It is our bodies telling us how to move. Music and movement are one, they exist together in partnership. It is survival, it is resistance, it is our existence.
Without dance there is no revolution.”
