Don’t forget that this Friday – the last of the month – is ‘Sweat Your Prayers’. A guided warm-up then a wave with few words and relatively little structure – simply moving through a wave using music as our guide. Usual time, usual place (see Where and When)

“Awakening the Creative-Self”
9 week course starting Oct 3
Rooted in 5 Rhythms® Dance, inspired by Julia Cameron’s “The Artists Way”, this course uses movement to untether creative energy, then directs it through a broad variety of art forms, giving each unfettered expression, to recharge the creative juices.
Some of you may remember this fabulous work from weekend workshops, and we are really excited about bringing it back in this new format. And, particularly for the benefit of dancers on this mailing list (since you’re hearing about it first), you can book now for just £150 for nine 4-hour sessions (until Aug 15).
The course runs for 9 sessions from Oct 3 – Dec 5 (1 week break for half-term), from 10am – 2pm at Hamilton House. A £60 deposit secures you one of a limited number of places – do book early. More details here (and by email in due course).
